Wednesday Night Hockey Picks

Quick last minute picks on some Wednesday night hockey action.

New York Rangers (+116, O/U 5.5) @ Philadelphia Flyers

The Flyers are playing their first game back after their 7-3 embarrassment against Boston at Lake Tahoe. Claude Giroux is back in the lineup tonight after his COVID stint. With Brian Elliot in net tonight and no Artemi Panarin for the Rangers I like the Flyers to get back on track at home. The Flyers nearly beat the Rangers with Panarin the other night, so I expect them to be looking for a little payback here as well.

Pick: Flyers

Minnesota Wild (+156, O/U 5.5) @ Colorado Avalanche

I expect a close low scoring matchup here just like the last game between these two. Colorado is coming off some lower scoring games against Vegas. The Wild on the other hand are hot, winners of 3 straight. Give me the Wild to keep this one close and the under.

Picks: Wild +1.5, under 5.5

Overall: 32-23-0
